Biography

My faith and family are the center of my life.  Having the title of Dad is more important than anything listed above that I have done.  Being a soldier is the only thing I have done in my adult life and I know I am better for it.  Now that I am nearing the end of my time in the greatest profession of all I thank God that I now have an opportunity to still take care of our Nation's best, they deserve all that we can give them, we as a country send them into harm's way and they do not flinch or protest even when the cause is under scrutiny by our representatives and citizens.  Our veterans are our National treasure and I have set the course in my mind to protect and serve my brother's and sister's past and present.

Bob has served in every position in a Light Infantry Company from rifleman to Platoon Sergeant.  He is a Gulf War veteran with the 101st ABN (Air Assault) Division.  Bob has trained young men and women in every phase of their induction into the Army, from recruiting them, training them in Basic Training, to training Infantrymen deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq at the present time.

Bob is a member of Team Veteran Leader Adventure Racing. Team Veteran Leader is an adventure racing team consisting of a group of dedicated athletes who share in a common mission. Bob is the team's do it all, take care of everybody man.  His competitive background includes orienteering, mountain biking, ultra running, kayaking, and adventure racing in all formats from sprint to expedition racing at a national and international level.  He has extensive experience in Orienteering, Mountain Biking, Climbing, Rappelling, flat-water paddling and Triathlon.

"An organization succeeds, not because it is long-established,
but because there are people in it who live it, sleep it, dream it,
and build future plans for it."
