Sponsored by the VFW Post#5901, American Legion Post#60 and the Franklin
County Veterans Memorial Inc.
Theme POW-MIA (You are not forgotten)
Some entries - ROLLING THUNDER Missouri Chapter #1, (7) High School
Bands, (10) Vehicles from the Military Vehicle Preservation Assn., The
NEW M109A6 Howitzer, Lots of Humvee's & Track Vehicles from the Kansas
National Guard. Over (11) floats, & Over (200) Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts
much more!!!!! Memorial Service starts appox. 3:pm under the flag pole
on the courthouse lawn.

1999 Veterans Day Parade - Saturday November 13th
We will dedicate a $120,000.00 Veterans Memorial ( to be dedicated by
Bob Dole )
Get ready for this annoucement for we've already been working on this
parade for several months.
