On "The Show in the Morning," you'll get traffic updates from Buster Muffler, "To Health With It" by fitness guru Dr. Paul Bearer and culinary advice from No Bell Pizza Prize winning Chef Al K. Seltzer.

We test your movie knowledge with the West Coast Video/WKOK Screen Test, weekdays at 7:20 AM.

    Rob is in charge of WKOK's "Radio Ride Home." Regular features include "Sports Trivia," "Movie Monday," "TV Tuesday," "Wednesday Mystery Oldie," "Name That Toon," "Friday Favorites and Blue Moon Classics."

    A native of Philadelphia, Rob often dons the Eagles' green and white in anticipation of Fall weekends! He's also an movie buff. Check out his 20 favorites.

    Kevin has the honor of hosting the two shows on WKOK!. "The 70's at 7" take us back to the "leisure suited" decade that gave us Bell Bottoms, Patty Hearst, "Saturday Night Live" and "All In The Family." WKOK devotes an entire hour to the music and events that made it an unforgettable decade. "KO After Dark" gives listeners a chance to unwind with their requests and dedications from 8 PM till 11 PM.

    Tony is a Sunbury native who started his career as a part-time weekend announcer with WKOK. He's been on our "overnight" shift for the past two years. Tony's hobbies include working with the famous Shikellamy High School Band, sports, card collecting and he has an active DJ business as well. His "First Look at the Day" gets early risers off to a good start.
