Anytime a request is made
for information in the form of a submission, the information is not for resale nor given
out in any form. The information requested is, so that proper contact may be made
with a requesting person sometimes by the national office, in which they may deem to use
an alternative method of correspondence. All relevant information is then deleted
from the webmaster's machine. 99% of all email or submissions are handled entirely
by the webmaster.
